Troy has over 13 years of coaching experience, spanning across all ages and skill levels from u14-u18. Troy joined the ACE family just one year after its inception, and not only is a valuable member of the coaching staff, but he has also served on the board for several years, now acting as president.

Troy strongly believes in the importance of fundamental skill development. Building on proper techniques to develop athletes’ abilities in the game.

As with all coaches, Troy loves to see his athletes learn and succeed, but his favorite part of coaching is building life skills, and seeing athletes return to share their knowledge and passion for the game, making the same significant impact on young lives that he hopes to inspire in them.
