There are various ways for athletes to be identified and considered for an ACE team. The most important thing  for an athlete to do, is be proactive. We always want to make sure that athletes choose a club that is a great fit for them. To ensure they have made the best decision for the coming year, we encourage athletes to explore multiple opportunities prior to registering with a club.  Please explore our website to get to know us a little better. 1) Club Prep Clinics (Summer & Fall)

U12-U18 Males & Females * For NEW & Returning U12-U18 Athletes*

Starting June 1st and running through November, ACE will be hosting where athletes can visit our training facilities, meet the coaches, see how practices are run and ask questions about the club programs.  Verbal Offers may happen between club and athlete/family during these open gyms.

2) Early Signing (Fall)

U12-U18 Males & Females * For Returning U12-U18 Athletes*

The club may use the returning signing rules and regulations stipulated by VBC during this time to sign returning athletes only. Upon early signing players will need to pay a non refundable deposit to lock in their spot for the season.

3) Tryouts (Winter)

U12-U18 Males & Females * For NEW & Returning U12-U18 Athletes*

Always refer to the homepage for the most up to date information and to register. Tryouts for our 12U-18U teams will be taking place the last week of November. Players hoping to obtain a spot on an ACE team may do so through attending open gyms and/or tryouts. Information and registration link will be posted on the homepage.​

• 12U/Grade 5 & 6 - Athletes born from September 1, 2013 to December 31, 2014 

• 13U/Grade 7 - Athletes born from September 1, 2012 to December 31, 2013

• 14U/Grade 8 - Athletes born from September 1, 2011 to December 31, 2012 

• 15U/Grade 9 - Athletes born from September 1, 2010 to December 31, 2011

• 16U/Grade 10 - Athletes born from September 1, 2009 to December 31, 2010

• 17U/Grade 11 - Athletes born from September 1, 2008 to December 31, 2009 

• 18U/Grade 12 - Athletes born from September 1, 2007 to December 31, 2008
