Rob Tremblay
U16 ACE- TREMBLAY (HEAD COACH)
Rob has been involved in youth sports for more than 40 years as an athlete, coach, and mentor. His athletic background includes playing volleyball at the school, club, and collegiate levels, along with amateur baseball, soccer, track and field, and hockey at the junior level.
Over the years, Rob has coached baseball, lacrosse, soccer, volleyball, and hockey at the amateur youth level. As his own children became involved in competitive sports, he began coaching at the club level in both volleyball and hockey.
Rob’s coaching philosophy focuses on developing the whole athlete. While technical skills, teamwork, and competitive development are important, he believes coaching should also help young athletes build confidence, resilience, accountability, and strong character.
Having benefited from outstanding coaches and mentors throughout his own athletic career, Rob values the lasting impact a coach can have on a young person. He combines those lessons with decades of personal experience to create a positive, challenging environment where athletes can grow, compete, and become the best versions of themselves both on and off the court.
