Originally from a cattle ranch in Southern Alberta, Rio now calls Calgary home, where she operates The Rio Deal Inc., a digital marketing agency helping entrepreneurs figure out "what to say online" and make marketing make sense in their business.
When she's not working, she's incredibly staying active in sports like softball, trail running, golf, and flag football. But volleyball is her home. With over 20 years playing experience, 15 of those as a setter playing across Calgary and Southern Alberta (with some fun years as a power), she is bringing her playing knowledge to those just learning the game. She's excited to join the ACE team and help young athletes find their love of the game as well."
