Allison Swartz
U16 ACE- LEPP (ASSISTANT COACH)
Allison fell in love with volleyball at a young age, and the sport has continued to be an important part of her life ever since. Allison has played at the high school and club levels, represented Team Alberta, and went on to play for the Red Deer College Queens. Throughout her playing career, she received individual player awards and was part of championship-winning teams. She continues to play today in a women’s league, keeping her connected to the game and continually learning as both a player and coach.
As a coach, Allison focuses on developing the athlete as a whole. She strives to help athletes build their skills and understanding of the game while developing confidence, mental strength, and resilience. Most importantly, she wants young athletes to discover their love for volleyball and carry the lessons they learn on the court into all areas of their lives. Allison is entering her second year coaching with Ace after serving as an assistant coach for the U18 team last season.
