Arron Lai

Arron is a passionate coach, educator, and lifelong learner. He has been involved in high school and club volleyball at a multitude of levels. This includes head coaching roles in varsity boys, varsity girls, junior varsity, u15, and u16. In addition, he has had the privilege of running clinics, open gyms, and high performance camps. He holds a Bachelors of Kinesiology in leadership in pedagogy and coaching, and a Bachelors of Education. He is a firm believer that effective pedagogy and coaching revolve around developing genuine relationships built around a foundation of open communication and mutual respect. He is ecstatic to work with ACE athletes in developing not only their technical and tactical skills, but their soft skills which will allow them to succeed in endeavors beyond their athletic careers.
