Open gyms provide opportunity for athletes and parents a chance to get to know the club. These open gyms normally run between the months of June and November one day a week. Normally these events during September-November will fall on a Sunday. During the summer months they are normally scheduled in the evenings during the week.

Open gyms are ran at all age groups and genders. This program is drop in or register online. Players can come to as many or as little as they choose.
