Troy brings over 10 years of coaching experience – in both the head and assistant coach position. He has worked with most age groups, ranging from u14 all the way to u18. Troy has his In-Training Advanced Development Coach designation from Volleyball Alberta. His core values as a coach are reflected in taking time to perfect the fundamental basics of the game and encouraging constant communication both on and off the court. Troy has helped many of his players see successful seasons, including a top 8 finish in Alberta with his recent u18 team. After nine seasons with Ace Volleyball Club, he is excited to take his coaching to the next level while working with the u15 high performance team.
