U16 ACE BURGUNDY (HEAD COACH)

Keelyn has been with ACE for the last eight years as both a player and a coach. Keelyn had a long and successful career playing club with ACE from u14-u18, she also had the opportunity to play senior varsity all three years of high school at All Saints high school where they won the city championships in her grade 11 year. Keelyn was recruited to play NAIA Division 1 volleyball at a university in Kansas after the conclusion of her final u18 season. After an injury ended her playing career Keelyn decided to come home and share her love of the game with the next generation.


Keelyn understands that coaches play a massive role in the development of athletes and hopes to incorparate values such as hard work, dedication and perseverance in all her athletes. Keelyn strives to ensure that all her athletes can continue to be successful on and off the court placing a strong emphasis on the mental side of volleyball. She aims to help athletes reach their individual and team goals by focusing on each player’s specific needs and adapting to what works best for them. Keelyn is beyond excited to be back in Calgary after a very successful two seasons of coaching in Lethbridge and she cannot wait to get on the court with some great athletes.
