Jena Lefteruk is entering her fourth year of coaching volleyball and her second year as a head coach. Having played volleyball for 10 years, Jena’s passion for the sport inspired her to continue coaching after finishing her final club season.

She loves helping athletes develop their skills, build confidence, and gain valuable life skills through sport. Her coaching philosophy is centered around the belief that coaching is about more than developing better athletes—it’s about helping people develop confidence, resilience, and skills they can carry with them beyond the court.

Jena’s goal is to create an environment where athletes feel supported, challenged, and excited to grow, while helping them discover their potential both as athletes and as individuals.
