Avery Ritchie
U15 ACE RITCHIE (HEAD COACH) & U14 ACE EP SILVER (ASSISTANT COACH)
Avery has been involved with ACE for the past five years, both as a player and as a coach. Her journey with ACE began as an athlete, where she had the opportunity to play club volleyball from U16 through U18. With a deep love and passion for the sport, Avery chose to continue her journey with ACE after her playing career by giving back to the program that played such an important role in her development. As a coach, she is passionate about sharing her knowledge, experience, and love for volleyball with the next generation of ACE athletes. Avery hopes to create an environment where athletes feel supported, challenged, encouraged, and confident both on and off the court.
Avery recognizes that coaches play a significant role in an athlete’s development, not only from a technical and physical perspective but also in their mental and personal growth. She understands the importance of building confidence, teaching resilience, encouraging a positive mindset, and helping athletes learn how to handle both success and adversity.
Above all, Avery hopes to make a lasting and positive impact on every athlete she has the opportunity to coach. Her goal is to help young athletes grow as volleyball players while also helping them become confident, hardworking, respectful, and resilient individuals. She is grateful for the opportunity to continue being a part of ACE and looks forward to sharing her passion for the game with the athletes who come through the program.
