Active and competitive have always been two words that people have used to describe Emily. Indoor or outdoor, rain or snow, Emily loves to be active and strengthening her mental and physical skills. Emily played volleyball from grade 5-12, Club Volleyball from U14 -18, and has since been on ESSC adult teams for the past 6 years, playing beach and indoor volleyball. Emily loves for overall health drove her to become a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant and Fitness Instructor Specialist. Her core values are compassion, teamwork, drive and confidence and she carries these through her professional career as well as her personal day-to-day life.
