Kaitlyn has been involved in the sport of volleyball for 8 years. She played all throughout middle school and high school and played 3 years of club volleyball in Alberta . In her final club year she won division 3 provincials in 2019 with her u18 ACE team.
Kaitlyn has been coaching since 2017, having experience in both high school and club seasons. After having an injury that required her to take a break from playing at a high level, she looked for other ways to still stay relevant in volleyball and turned to coaching. She has since then she has grown a real passion for coaching and passing on her knowledge to the next generation of volleyball players.
Her competitive spirit is shown in her coaching and she strives to ensure her athletes achieve their goals. Kaitlyn holds her athletes accountable and values respect with both coaches and players on and off the court. She is looking forward to the next season and is excited to continue with volleyball in BC.
