Dear Ace Nation,

My name is Carsten Stanjeck and my involvement in the sport of Volleyball for the past 35 years has been as a Junior High, High School, Club, Team Alberta, Post Secondary and Professional coach. In addition, I have been a club director for three clubs, which I found and built from the ground up. Currently, I am the owner, founder, and CEO of HITT Volleyball a volleyball business created to help student athletes to grow and help achieve their hopes and dreams.

When Dave Wildman approached me to fill the role of technical director for ACE, it was an opportunity I could not turn down. The possibility to impact hundreds of athletes and so many coaches and support their growth on a technical and emotional level is very exciting to me.

I am excited to work closely with ACE student athletes at all levels, coaches, administration as well as the board of ACE Volleyball Club to achieve continuous growth in our sport

My passion is and always has been the development and growth of student athletes at all levels and I cannot wait to get started this fall to be in the gym and help make an impact with technical, tactical and emotional development of all ACE members.

ACE Volleyball in just a few years has grown into the largest club in the country and now supports over three hundred athletes. This is not a small accomplishment and thanks to the founder Dave Wildman for continuing to make kids and families an important part of his daily life. It is an honor for me to be part of such a large organization and trusted to help develop and support athletes and coaches as well as to participate in vision setting for the club.

I'm standing for all that's possible for you in life and volleyball.
