Daniel Hasiuk

Daniel Hasiuk played a lot of volleyball seasons throughout high school, playing on school teams, spring club teams, and represented Team Toba on provincial teams for 3 years through midget and juvenile levels. He also played juvenile and junior levels with the University of Winnipeg before moving on to post-secondary volleyball with the GPRC Wolves.
Daniel graduated from the U of C in 1998 and started his teaching career in Spirit River where he also coached volleyball, basketball and track & field at high school levels. In 2003 he headed to Seoul, Korea as a high school science teacher where he coached varsity volleyball for Seoul International School competing with other Korean international and American Dept. of Defense schools, as well as other Asia-Pacific international schools.
After 6 years in Korea, Daniel and his family moved to Saudi Arabia where he taught science/mathand coached volleyball, track & field and ice hockey for the better part of 10 years.
Daniel has recently moved back to Canada with his family. He hopes to make a permanent home in Cochrane Alberta where his well-travelled kids can finally set down some roots!
