Yoga Instructor (Calgary)
Iva Mikulic first discovered yoga as a teenager. As she grew in maturity, she learned of the many benefits of yoga. Practicing it aids in better focus and less stress. By stabilizing our breath and synchronizing it with movement, we deliver more oxygen to our brain. The process of listening to your body and clearing your mind is refreshing, and just makes you feel so much better after. Due to her passion for yoga, with years of practice all around the globe, Iva went to Rishikesh, India this year and got her teacher certification. Iva is also a full-time University of Calgary student, where she shares the gift of yoga with her scholarly community as well.
