Kelsey Krause brings a dynamic blend of experience and passion to our club volleyball team. With over six years of competitive club volleyball under her belt, Kelsey has developed a deep understanding of the game's intricacies and strategies. Transitioning from player to coach, she has honed her skills over two years of coaching at the junior high school level, where she focuses on building not just athletes, but well-rounded individuals.
Kelsey's coaching style is deeply rooted in personal connection and individualized attention. She believes in nurturing each player's unique strengths while challenging them to develop the habits necessary for success both on and off the court. Her approach emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and a strong work ethic, all of which are essential in shaping successful athletes and responsible community members.
Beyond the court, Kelsey's dedication to service is evident in her career as a paramedic, where she showcases her commitment to helping others. As a mother of four committed athletes, each excelling in different sports, she understands the importance of balancing athletic pursuits with personal growth and family values. Her goal is to instill these principles in her team, fostering an environment where young athletes can thrive in all aspects of their lives.
