Austyn grew up in Lethbridge, AB where she first started playing volleyball. There, she played 5 seasons of club volleyball with AVC and LVC, pursuing developmental training along the way. Austyn has since moved to the Greater Vancouver area to pursue a post secondary education in tourism and recreation, she is currently doing so at Capilano University. After a short break from the sport, Austyn has assisted Langley Secondary School through their varsity volleyball program, and is excited to ignite passion in young players throughout the upcoming season.
