Kayla is entering her sixth season coaching with Ace Volleyball’s Elite Performance (EP) program, primarily working with the U15 age group. As the Chief Operating Officer of Ace Volleyball Club and Ace Athletic Centre, Kayla is deeply involved in the growth and development of the organization and is passionate about creating an environment where athletes, coaches, and teams can thrive.
A former Ace athlete herself, Kayla played middle for the club before transitioning into coaching. Her experience as both an athlete and coach has given her a unique perspective on athlete development and a strong understanding of the standards and expectations required to compete at a high level.
Kayla’s coaching philosophy is centred on developing confident, competitive, and well-rounded athletes. She believes great coaching goes beyond technical and tactical development—it is about challenging athletes to push their limits while building accountability, resilience, leadership, and a genuine love for the game.
Through her combined experience as a player, coach, and organizational leader, Kayla is committed to helping athletes reach their potential while contributing to the continued growth and success of the Ace program.
