U13 Jr Aces Black
Katelyn started her volleyball career in grade 6 and continued to play until she graduated. she played as a setter then switched to power. after breaking her wrist and having two surgeries she was able to bounce back and play her senior season, relearning a lot of the crucial motions that are required for good volleyball.
Through having to relearn the fundamental movements and rebuild muscle memory it really brought to light how important these beginning building blocks are. As a coach she hopes to help players develop strong fundamentals that can be applied and can continue to improve throughout their volleyball careers. she wants to encourage young athletes to succeed to their highest level in a positive team setting and have a blast while doing it.
