Ivan has approx. 5 years experience coaching with ACE. His coaching/instructing experience extends beyond volleyball to include soccer, skiing and martial arts over the last 25 years. With that experience, his influence on the court with his athletes is focused more on individual performance both from the physical perspective and mental fortitude and how that is applied to personal growth both on and off the court.
